Traditional Irish Bread making class in The Northern Whig's mezzanine.

£45 per person - includes whisky cocktail on arrival. Tickets are available through the Northern Whig website on ticket source.

Class starts at 6.30pm, please allow 2 hrs for class.*

You’ll make traditional northern Irish breads using only 3 ingredients in the traditional way - on a Griddle. 

We won’t weigh or measure anything and we won’t be following a recipe!

You’ll make soda breads, wheaten breads and potato breads. 

You’ll take home a big bag of your homemade breads - the makings of an Ulster Fry!
