Taylor & Clay will be hosting a "Chef's Table" event on Thursday 20 February to coincide with the week, priced at £35pp! This is a 6-course themed tasting menu, with bottomless beer along our kitchen counter. For the event, their theme will be "What's your beef" showcasing the best of their Lisdergan, Flax-Fed beef. Similar events in the past have included beef dripping "prawn crackers", tournedos rossini, classic steak tartare, and ox cheek broth.
