He’s helped add a flair and develop a strong team since joining and buys into our farm to fork ethos. With Keith at the helm we’ve continued to win awards for our food namely gastropub of the year co Antrim, been shortlisted for customers restaurant of the year NI 2019, again recognised as a top 100 hospitality business, continuously featured in the McKennas guides, and been a proud supporter of Food NI since its inception all those years ago. Peter joined the team just over 2 years ago and his progress has been fantastic, he joined a kp with little or no experience, but we noticed he had a great attitude and willingness to learn. He’s risen to become a junior sous in our team over a very short time, with this attributed to the work ethic and passion he has for the industry. He’s got a big future in NI & we’re privileged to see him progress and fulfil his potential.
