Tamsin Claessen, Head Chef of Jumon, has been cooking for only 6 years however rose fast through the ranks, securing a apprenticeship in The Tasting Room in 2015 - a 3 Michelin starred restaurant in South Africa. Now back in Belfast doing the business. She is going to make a vegan version of our most popular dish - our Jumon Fried Cauliflower - with a maple and sesame glaze."
