Dish: Pan fried Irish king scallops, Corndale chorizo & butternut risotto, crème fraiche parmesan plus County Antrim woodpigeon, bacon popcorn, heirloom beetroots, truffle Daniel Harvey returned to Belfast 2014 after 3 years in London’s Michellin star restaurant Chapter One. After achieving several accolades including LCN Chef of the year finalist, Ifex Culinary Freestyle winner 2018 & featuring in The Great British Cook Book he has taken up some permanent roots in Havana Bank Sq. In keeping with the restaurant ethos – contemporary Irish cuisine - Daniel will be showcasing his favourite seasonal ingredients Irish King Scallops & County Antrim wood Pigeon.
