Dish:  Pork Scaloppini, Chestnut Mushroom, Marsala & Spinach Cream plus Gnocchi, Brown Sage Butter, Pine Nuts and Parmesan Stephen Ferris: "Born and bred in Belfast I have been a chef for the last 12 years and love that I have found my perfect vocation! My culinary journey has seen me work in some fantastic kitchens including those in 5 star hotels such as the Merchant Hotel and The Fitzwilliam Hotel. I took on the role of Head Chef in Coppi mid-2018 as I felt I needed a new challenge in a position which would allow me to continue with my passion for cooking. Coppi’s style suited me perfectly, fresh food made using local ingredients and cooked in a rustic Italian style. The other attraction was that Coppi offers a fantastic work life balance which is ideal for a family man like myself as it gives me the opportunity to spend more quality time with my young and growing family. It’s fantastic coming to work in what I no longer see as a job but as the place where I can continue to enjoy my passion of creating and cooking great food!"
