The secret is the Josper grill, a very particular style of Spanish charcoal oven, which chefs worldwide regard as the finest method of cooking super tender steaks, while locking in all those wonderful flavours.

Jospers sincerely believe that the produce we have on our doorstep here in Northern Ireland is some of the finest in the world. So they are incredibly proud to work with as many local suppliers as possible, whose goods and ingredients mean that their dishes represent the best NI has to offer. All of their meat comes direct from the award-winning McAtamney Butchers based in Ballymena, and they also work with the brilliant North Down Group, who provide them with all their lovely fruit & veg.
